      <description>The February NovaRUG meeting will happen Wednesday, February 21 at the FGM headquarters (&lt;a href="http://www.fgm.com/about/locations.cfm"&gt;directions&lt;/a&gt;) from 7 PM to 9 PM or so (pizza and drinks start at 6:30).  &lt;a href="http://www.chadfowler.com/"&gt;Chad Fowler&lt;/a&gt; will be speaking on keeping your Rails apps quick and clean!  </description>
